  • The company's legal status changed to a limited company
  • "Henri Schaller SA" is registered in the Companies Register

  • Acquisition of adjacent land to increase production area and allow of a potential extension of the existing site

  • Production of the first turned seals made of a non-injectable material (SANFIL seals)
  • Development of the plastic turning department

  • Development of an aerosol pressure regulator/supply device. Design of moulds and assembly processes for industrial production

  • Extension of existing premises in anticipation of high aerosol regulator development potential

1990

  • Acquisition of industrial premises located opposite the Henri Schaller SA site
  • Delivery of first range of regulators (100'000 off) to Yves Rocher

  • Watch-making recession, end of low-end watch production in Switzerland and in Europe

1995

  • Henri Schaller transfers the company to his son, Yves Schaller, who also becomes the General Manager

  • Manufacture of the first machined metal casing rings
  • Transition thanks to the return of the mechanical movement

  • Purchase of a new milling-turning machine Nakamura Tome NTRX 300
  • Purchase of a new continuous strip annealing furnace

  • Renovation of an area and construction of an extension to create a CNC turning department and accomodate the new milling-turning machine
  • Purchase of a new cleaning machine PERO for stamping parts

  • Extension of the grinding machine department and purchase of a second CNC cylindrical grinding machine exterior/interior
